Time to elevate your salad game with this high-protein Broccoli Chicken Salad. Like all of the salad recipes I give you, the flavors are never boring and can be made with minimal effort and time. 

Creamy Broccoli Chicken Salad (High Protein)

Broccoli florets, bell pepper and red onion are chopped together with chicken and coated in a tangy, garlicky Greek yogurt based salad dressing. It’s this dressing, along with the shredded chicken breast, that gives this salad over 20 grams of protein in each serving.

Since it takes around 15 minutes to make, you betcha I have made this chicken salad for lunch on more than one occasion. It’s been my obsession over the Spring and early Summer months.

It’s easy to keep my fridge stocked with either a rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked, shredded chicken from the deli counter and a bag of broccoli florets. Sometimes I leave out the bell pepper, use a different color of bell pepper, or I’ll toss in chopped cucumber or grape tomatoes. The broccoli chicken base with tangy dressing is always the same since it makes each bite worthy of another.
